Nowadays, most smartphones comes with good camera resolutions. But higher the resolution (higher quality pictures), bigger the size of the image file or video file. If taken in HD, a few minutes of video can be more than 20 MB. If you want to share videos taken from your phone to your friends or family, then the bigger file size can be an issue. If you are sharing your video files using online apps such as WhatsApp or Facebook, then sending bigger files will incur more mobile data charges. Even if you are using Wi-Fi, the receiver will hesitate todownload it if he or she is using mobile data internet. Considering this situation, it is better to compress the video and reduce the file size before sending it to someone.
In this post we will explore a very useful Android App that every enthusiast must have on his or her smartphone to compress videos. I have prepared a small demonstration video how to compress video files on Android Smartphone. The app covered in "Video Compress", which isavailable on Google Play to download.
